Heat: direct high heat (450°F)
Grilling Time: 35 minutes
2 cups crumbled gorgonzola cheese
10 fresh figs, cut into 1/4 inch wedges
8 thin slices of prosciutto
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
8 cups of arugula
Freshly ground black pepper
First. Mix figs and 1 tbsp vinegar together. Set aside for later.
Second. Mix vinegar, cream and oil in large bowl, mix with arugula. Sprinkle with pepper. Set aside for later
Third. Roll dough into 12×10 inch rectangle. Heat grillt to high heat, 450°F and placedough on a pizza stone.
Forth. Sprinkle cheese on the pizza. Grill until the crust is golden brown, around 15 to 20 minutes.
Fifth. Drape prosciutto slices over pizza and put figs on top. Grill until figs are just heated through, around 2-3 minutes.
Last. Transfer pizza onto a cutting board, mound salad atop pizza.
